About

Treatment Philosophy

My practice specializes in treatment of anxiety disorders in teens and adults. I also treat broad range of mental health challenges, including: depression; addiction; self-harm; family issues; and more.

My therapeutic style: We keep it real around here. I am honest and direct. Over the years, I’ve learned a lot about things that tend to cause people and families pain. I’ve also learned what helps make things better. I am not “nod and smile” therapist. You can count on me to roll up our sleeves and go all in on this journey with you as we work together to help you feel better.

In addition, warmth and compassion are also two things you will always receive here. I are truly here to support you, listen to you, and cheerlead for you.
